- Working conditions are safe and appropriate for the work performed. Artists are provided with all necessary tools, supplies and training.
- Partial to full advanced financing is provided if needed to fulfill production demands.
- We maintain long-term relationships with our artists based on mutual trust, transparency, equity, cultural and artistic appreciation.
- Our policies and practices focus on sustainability and respect for the environment.
